I needed my sprinklers blown sooner than later and ended up calling or texting anyone I could to get it done as quickly as I could since my wife and I had just purchased a new home and winter was coming quickly. Jason was the first to get back to me which is a great indication of how he regards communication with a potential customer. The rest of the experience was gravy. All the way from looking for my sprinkler shut of valve to the lawn care guy leaving after my winterization was complete. It went a stressed filled experience to a no stress experience thanks to Jason. Every once in a while you’ll meet that person that understands customer service and Jason is one of those people. I would just like to give a hearty THANK YOU to Mr. Stout and I hope others see what I see, this man needs a raise!
