We are a full-service lawn care, landscape maintenance, and pest control company founded locally in Spokane, WA. Our service offerings include the following: Weekly and bi-weekly Lawn Mowing Service, Fertilization and weed Control, Full-Service Pest Control, Tree and shrub Plant Health Care, Landscape and bare Ground Weed Control, Power Raking, and core Aeration.
What service don’t you offer?
We do not offer the following services: Tree & Shrub pruning – Irrigation/Sprinkler Services.
What areas do you service?
Located centrally in the Spokane Valley, WA, we cover all four corners of Spokane County. From Liberty Lake to Airway Heights and most areas north and south, we cover quite a large service area.
What areas are you not currently serving?
Currently, we are not servicing North Idaho, Deer Park, or Cheney. Not sure if we service your neighborhood? Please reach out and ask! If we cannot help, we will likely be able send you in the right direction.
Do you offer residential & commercial property maintenance services?
Absolutely! From large commercial properties to small 1-time residential services, we cover all the bases. No job is too small.
Do you require a Contract?
Never! We pride ourselves on being easy to hire and easy to fire. If you’re not completely satisfied with our professional service offerings at any time, you have the freedom to terminate service(s) with no questions asked.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured and can provide proof of coverage to any client that makes a request. Locally founded here in Spokane in 2006, we are a well rooted and established company with a great reputation to back it up.
Are the products you use same for my pets and small children?
Yes! Products vary depending on the particular application, but ALL products are EPA regulated and safe for small children and pets. After any service we provide, we also include detailed after-care instructions so that you are well informed of all products used/applied as well as safety details for after our scheduled service.
How often will you mow my lawn?
We provide our mowing services on either a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Your property will be serviced the same day each week. Please note that our bi-weekly mow service is not available for purchase until July 1st each year due to rapid growth in the spring months.
What is the cost of your services?
All services we offer are measured and quoted to your specific property. We always offer free, no-obligation estimates.
How do I pay for my services?
To make things easy and one less bill in the junk drawer to worry about, we require all clients to have a current credit/debit card on file with us. We will process your form of payment on file each Tuesday for any service rendered in the prior week. After your transaction has been completed, you will be emailed a receipt as well as your statement showing a breakdown off all services/charges.
How safe are your treatments for my home and family?
Neither the chemical nor thermal treatments are dangerous to objects and things if the proper precautions are followed. Depending on the treatment you require, we will provide you with this information after the inspection.
Do I have to vacate the home during the treatment and for any period of time afterward?
For bed bugs, cockroaches, and other treatments, you will have to vacate the home during a limited period of time. We will provide you with more precise information after the pest inspection.
What should I do to prepare for your visit?
We will provide you with a full program to help you prepare for the visit. All the information will be provided once we know what type of infestation you have.
How do I know the pests won’t return?
Unfortunately, there are few guarantees when it comes to pests. However, our follow-up inspections help establish an effective treatment plan. We provide our clients with a range of pest deterrents that keep them out. We will also provide you with a detailed list of recommendations to ensure that they stay away.
I have been hearing noises coming from my attic, basement, or within the walls.
Could you help me identify what may be nesting or harboring in my home?
Yes! It sounds like it’s time to call us for a pest inspection. It could be any number of insects, rodents, mammals, or birds.
There are a lot of wasps flying around, and I think there may be a nest nearby. What should I do?
Call us right away. We will perform a detailed inspection of your entire premises. We will locate the nest and create an action plan to eliminate it. Wasps can be very aggressive, so we recommend that you stay away and wait for the professionals.
